7/29	5:30 pm Beijing Normal University-->Beijing West Station by coach bus 7:43 pm Beijing-->Shanghai by Train [T109] OR 7:51 pm Beijing-->Shanghai by Train [T103]; sleep in bunks onboard train
7/30	9:15 am OR 9:23 am Arrive in Shanghai (students arrange for breakfast themselves on the train) Visit the Shanghai Museum after train arrives Visit the Jade Buddha Temple, the Bund and Nanjing Road after lunch Dinner, Free time
7/31	View the entire city from the Jinmao Building after breakfast View Shanghai's Pudong region by tour bus Tour Heng Mountain after lunch Bus-->Train Station after dinner 7:21 pm Board Train Z2 back to Beijing
8/1	7:19 am Arrive at Beijing Train Station (students arrange for breakfast themselves on the train)
